200 & 214 Kalos Street Zoning Appeal

The Applicant proposes to create nine new lots from two existing lots (200 and 214 Kalos St.) and a new single-family attached home (townhome) on each lot. All existing buildings would be demolished.

ZBA Hearing Update

The applicant has informed WICA that they will request a continuance from the ZBA. A continuance would postpone the June 5th Hearing.

The ZBA Hearing, which is open to the public, is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5th at 2pm, at 1515 Arch Street, 18th Floor. Any member of the public can send a letter to the ZBA in advance of the hearing or give testimony at the hearing.
