The application is for the erection of eight townhomes with roof decks, parking garages, and four surface parking spaces on the same lot as the existing duplex, which will remain and be converted back to a single family home. There will be a total of nine dwelling units and twelve parking spaces on lot.
The City-mandated Public Meeting, hosted by WICA, will be January 15th at 7pm at Wissahickon Church, 5245 Ridge Avenue. All neighbors are invited to attend. An official vote will be taken and a summary of the results sent to the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) in the form of a letter. Proof of residency within WICA’s boundaries is required to vote.
