The Applicant’s revised plans (October 2019) propose to create six new lots from the two existing lots at 200 and 214 Kalos Street. All existing buildings are to be demolished. The development will include six semi-detached dwelling units (three twins), down from the original nine adjoined townhomes.

Public Meeting

The City-mandated Public Meeting, hosted by WICA, is Monday, November 18th at 7pm at Wissahickon Church, 5245 Ridge Avenue.  All neighbors, members and non-members, are invited to attend. An official vote will be taken and a summary of the results sent to the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) in the form of a letter. Proof of residency within WICA’s boundaries is required to vote.

ZBA Hearing

The new ZBA Hearing is scheduled for January 8th, 2020 at 2pm at 1515 Arch Street, 18th Floor – Room 18-002. Any member of the public can send a letter to the Zoning Board in advance of the hearing or give testimony at the hearing.
