The Applicant’s latest plans propose to create eight new lots (down from the original nine) from two existing lots (200 and 214 Kalos St.) and a new single-family attached home (townhome) on each lot. All existing buildings are to be demolished.
ZBA Hearing Update
On June 5, 2019, the Zoning Board granted a continuance at the Applicant’s request. The new hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24th at 1515 Arch Street, 18th Floor. Any member of the public can send a letter to the Zoning Board in advance of the hearing or give testimony at the hearing.
