23 neighbors attended a Public Zoom Meeting hosted by WICA on Monday, January 25, 2021 in regards to 5103 Rochelle Avenue. The application is for the use of:
1. The first floor as a business and professional office.
2. The variance to allow four (4) residential dwelling units, one more than the three (3) allowed by right.
A summary of these results will be sent to the Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) in the form of a letter. The ZBA Hearing is scheduled for 9:30am, April 14, 2021.
