The Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC) will convene the CDR committee. In a public forum, the committee will evaluate the project being proposed at 90 Rochelle Ave. It is the role of the committee to consider how well the project’s design relates to the public realm.
Residents, business owners, and other community stakeholders may comment at the forum. The CDR committee then recommends improvements to the project that positively impact the public realm. Recommendations are advisory, and the development team may choose whether or not to implement them. WICA will be in attendance of this meeting to provide feedback from the September 7th meeting (see video of September 7th meeting here).
The meetings are currently being held online via Zoom. Use the following button to join Thursday, October 5th @ 1pm
Members of the public have multiple ways to comment on agenda items. When the agenda item that you are interested in is being discussed, you can use the “raise hand” feature in Zoom. If you are joining by phone, you may also use the “raise hand” feature by dialing “*9” during the public comment period. We will also field questions and comments by email. Questions and comments must be received before noon the day before the Civic Design Review meeting in order to be considered. Please send emails to: CDR@phila.gov.
