A huge THANKS to our community for joining us at the rally to oppose the development proposed for 90 Rochelle Ave. Your participation will speak volumes at the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) hearing.
Important Updates and Next Steps:
• We have scheduled a new community meeting for Wednesday, July 6th at 7PM with the developer to present their latest design.
• A continuance was granted on 6/21 by the ZBA. Both the developer and WICA requested the delay of the hearing. We will update the community once a new date has been scheduled.
• Please consider contacting Councilmember Jones and Representative DeLissio to thank them for attending our rally.
