At the scheduled zoning hearing on March 15, 2023, the applicant presented it’s original and revised plans to the zoning board. The zoning board agreed to a resumptive hearing on April 19, 2023 at 2pm so that the applicant can present it’s revised design and amended refusals to the community. This presentation will take place at WICA’s April General Membership meeting on April 12, 2023 at 7pm. On January 24, 2023, the applicant provided revised plans in response to feedback received from the community at the January 4 RCO meeting. They are waiting on amended refusals from L&I. If they receive them by Friday 3/10, they have stated that they plan to to present to the ZBA next week. WICA will share the vote and feedback received from the RCO meeting with the zoning board and we will also attend the hearing. Hearings are open to public.
