90 Rochelle Ave 2023 Multi-Family Building Application: Voting Results

Neighbors attended a community meeting via Zoom hosted by WICA on Monday, July 24th at 7pm to review the design for the new 2023 application for a Multi-Family Building at 90 Rochelle Ave. After sharing feedback with the applicant, the community took a vote on the proposal.

Do you support the erection of a detached structure (described as being 38-feet high) for multi-family household living with 48 dwelling units and 53 parking spaces, which would require the zoning variances listed on the refusal, as determined by the City?
